Did you know when you join the Apartment Association of Kansas City that you are a member of the National Apartment Association, Missouri Apartment Association and the Kansas Apartment Association.  Together we have a larger voice in our state legislature and our national legislature.

WHO WE ARE

The Apartment Association of Kansas City was established in 1974 to serve the apartment industry along with the National Apartment Association and the Kansas and Missouri associations. Together we provide legislative insight on a local, state and national level.

We serve approximately 502 members with over 48, 358 units, which consist of apartment property owners, developers, managers and member communities. Also included are 161 suppliers who provide products and services to our industry.

Together, our members contribute hundreds of millions of dollars to the states economy through taxes, fees, construction and purchases from advertising to utilities.
